Board members are elected annually for a two-year term and are limited to three consecutive two-year terms, except when there is an inability to replace that member. Meetings for all Board members are held on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 PM (CST) via ZOOM.

The 2026 BFA Officers and Directors are governed by the By-Laws, last adopted June 15, 2026.
